About the role
Role Overview: As a Senior Product Management Associate within the Clinicals division, your main responsibility will be to oversee a specific product area within the overall product portfolio. This involves understanding the market and customer needs, ensuring that the product features align with business requirements, and driving the creation and delivery of the product and its features. You will function as the Product Owner, collaborating closely with scrum teams to define user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and make decisions regarding scope and schedule. Your tasks will be divided between enhancing current product solutions and developing new features to enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Product Owner, collaborating with dedicated scrum teams to prioritize work and ensure alignment with the envisioned products - Manage the care and maintenance of existing core products, including triaging and prioritizing production defects and external demands for incorporation into the roadmap - Contribute to bringing product priorities to market by co-owning product functions related to new products or features - Drive the analysis of Product Area(s) of Ownership, including AI-based products - Allocate and prioritize backlog items and customer jobs within the area of responsibility - Define epics and user stories clearly articulating business requirements, including UX, Analytics, and Support needs - Understand market opportunities through user needs and market forces to best serve clients today and in the future - Identify metrics and success criteria for tracking team performance and program success - Represent the voice of product decisions within the organization and advocate for the customer - Assist in product launch decisions and manage alpha/beta feedback - Identify business opportunities to drive product success - Manage stakeholder expectations to gather inputs for product development Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field - Understanding of healthcare/health IT environment preferred - 2 years of relevant product management experience - Experience in Agile environment preferred - Understanding of AI tools & technology, knowledge of responsible AI principles preferred - Experience with AI-based projects preferred - Experience working with stakeholders in a business environment across cross-functional groups - Experience bringing products to market - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Role Overview: As a Senior Product Management Associate within the Clinicals division, your main responsibility will be to oversee a specific product area within the overall product portfolio.
