Team Management: Plan and manage team resources, ensuring efficient scheduling and load balancing to meet objectives and SLAs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their data and analytic needs. Continuous Improvement: Implement methodologies to continually improve BI practices and reduce the gap between speed and accuracy in data processing. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Azure, AWS, data warehousing, and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI. Experience: Several years of experience in BI development, including leadership roles in business transformation programs. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or specific BI tool certifications can be advantageous.
