Engineering Process & Systems Engineer

As a Systems & Process Engineer - Sourcing & Digital Enablement at Atlas Copco, your role involves strengthening data-driven, standardised, and digitally enabled sourcing processes across global operations. You will design, optimise, and digitally enable end-to-end sourcing processes, acting as a bridge between Sourcing, Global IT, and Data & Analytics teams. Your primary focus will be on SAP-centric sourcing processes, supported by platforms like GEMS and ACDC, robust master data governance, and advanced digital capabilities including Power BI, Databricks, and Artificial Intelligence. This will enable better decisions, transparency, and scalable sourcing operations in a cross-functional, international environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain As-Is/To-Be process models, system flows, and data dependencies - Act as a process subject matter expert for sourcing-related systems and digital initiatives - Support governance of sourcing master data, including supplier master, purchasing info records, pricing, and source lists - Define and govern sourcing KPIs related to cost savings, supplier performance and risk, spend compliance, lead time, MOQ, and sourcing efficiency - Identify and support AI-driven sourcing use cases such as supplier risk prediction, price trend analysis, and spend classification - Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for sourcing and management reporting Qualifications Required: - Solid experience in sourcing or procurement processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment - Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP MM / SAP S/4HANA Procurement - Experience working with business systems, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives - Good understanding of data concepts, analytics, and reporting - University degree in Engineering (Information Technology, or equivalent experience) - ~3+ years of experience In addition to the above role-specific responsibilities and qualifications, Atlas Copco values diverse experiences and perspectives.
