Job Title:- Anaplan Developer Duration:- Full Time Experience: - 5+ Years Shift hours: 4:00 PM- 1:00 AM IST Responsibilities: Partner with Business leads to design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions Lead Anaplan projects by collaborating with business team to develop user stories, converting user stories into achievable sprint, and document Anaplan builds Understand and convert excel or word based complex commission plans into the Anaplan ICM model where component calculations occur and dashboards display information Train new users on the system and document processes Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions Being comfortable with using LOOKUP, SUM, SELECT, COLLECT, ALM, Revision Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics or related field and 4+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, required At least 3 years of experience in Sales incentive compensation planning, Sales Territory and Quota Planning, or Financial Planning and Analysis At least 1-3 year of Anaplan implementation or 2 completed Anaplan projects Anaplan certification completed, level 2 or higher Self-starter who demonstrates creativity, has a customer-focus approach, and has a strong drive to develop a business acumen mindset
