Experience - Minimum 10+ year experience in construction especially Solar projects Knowledge of Quality Standards, ISO standards & Electrical Codes in EPC / Solar / Quality / Construction field. Sound knowledge & Worked in Solar EPC, Substation, Switchyard, Transmission Line,& Electrical subjects etc. Refer Below - Responsible to acquire, QA/QC documents of the entire project including Engineering drawings, certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, MTC, Quality Formats, Incoming Materials Inspection and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Arrange to Ensure Preparing documents like RFI, Check list, calibration certificates and test certificates of cement, Aggregates, Steel, machinery tools/ Electrical equipment’s etc. Cable laying: -, IR testing, cable jointing and termination. Earthing= connection & testing (earth pit resistance) Electrical equipment erection & testing.

Expert of Testing and commissioning. Knowledge & Process oriented for overall plant HOTO (Hand overtake over) process to O&M Incumbent will be responsible to: Develop and maintain Project Quality Management System to ensure compliance with Quality Standards, guidelines, and procedures in each assigned task Develop and review project quality related document i.e., Field quality Plan. Overview Installation & commissioning of Solar panel, Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Current & Potential Transformers, LT Panels, MV Switchgear Panels, Control & Relay Panels, solar Scada system, Breakers, Disconnectors Switches, Lightening Arrestors, Cables, Cable Tray, conductor, SCB, Inverter from quality aspects. Inspection & overview commissioning of various equipment’s i.e., Transformers, HV & LV Panels, HV & LV Cables, Earthing Material, Module Mounting Structures etc. Lead Quality Initiatives and activities of project by coordinating with other stakeholders. Good Knowledge of Project Quality Management, ISO 9001, IS 2500, IS 2026, IS 3043, IS 7098, IS 62271 and other applicable standards. Coordinate with Client/Contractor/Vendors for project quality related activities. Identify quality problems, initiate corrective actions, and verify implementation of solution for effectiveness. Conduct/participate in root cause analysis activities Preparation of reports/presentations for project management review. Auditing sites to ensure quality of installations and monitoring the status of NCs/Observation

Qualification & Certification Required: B. Tech./B.E. in Electrical Engineering 10+ Years in Rooftop Solar, Ground Mounted Solar & Wind Projects Good understating about installation of various equipment’s i.e., PV Modules, Transformers, HV & LV Panels, HV & LV Cables, Earthing Work, Module Mounting Structures, Cable Trays Strong Knowledge & Implementation of Quality Practices at sites.

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

Strong Knowledge & Implementation of Quality Practices at sites. Should be proficient in Automatic digitalize QA process and familiar with different software skills i.e., MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, digiQC. Should have sound knowledge of different lab testing (NABL Electrical )
