About the role
Were hiring a hands-on Infrastructure Applications leader to own enterprise-scale platforms + transformation programs in a high-availability hybrid environment supporting ~80,000+ users. This role blends project delivery, operational ownership, automation strategy, and platform governance across Messaging, Identity, and Endpoint services. Technology & Functional Scope: Core Infrastructure Platforms Exchange (On-Prem & Microsoft 365) Active Directory, ADFS, IAM, PAM SCCM, Microsoft Intune Operations & Infrastructure Expertise Hybrid environments & large-scale enterprise operations High availability, resilience, continuity planning ITIL-based Incident, Problem & Change management Automation & AI-Led Operations Automation/orchestration frameworks AIOps implementation Monitoring, analytics & self-healing mechanisms Solution Architecture & Standardization Technical solutioning, POCs, design validation Platform lifecycle management & modernization Governance, documentation & process optimization Project & Program Leadership End-to-end infrastructure project delivery Risk, dependency & stakeholder management Transition from project to steady-state operations Multi-vendor & cross-business coordination What Success Looks Like: Reliable 247365 service delivery across critical infrastructure platforms Measurable improvement in availability, response time, and user experience Automation-led operational maturity and reduced manual effort Standardized, scalable, and secure platform architecture
