About the role
Were looking for a Solution Architect to design, implement, and evolve Identity, Observability, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure in a large hybrid enterprise environment supporting 50,000+ users. This role combines architecture, project delivery, governance, and service transition across multi-cloud SaaS and on-prem platforms. Core Technology Scope: Identity & Access Management Hybrid Identity Architecture Azure AD / Entra ID Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Directory Services Observability & Performance Engineering Observability platform implementation Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Service performance analytics Employee Productivity & Cloud Platforms Microsoft 365 ecosystem Multi-cloud SaaS & on-prem platforms Security baseline architecture Solution Engineering Technical solution design & feasibility analysis Lifecycle modernization & governance Infrastructure SaaS / PaaS platforms Project & Governance Responsibilities End-to-end infrastructure project delivery Techno-commercial evaluation & vendor coordination Transition of solutions into operations ITIL process adherence ISO 20000 & ISO 27001 compliance enablement Service performance monitoring & improvement Success Indicators: Stable and scalable hybrid identity architecture Improved application visibility and performance insights Standardized, secure infrastructure service design Seamless transition from project to steady-state operations
