ServiceNow Bidding / Strategic Sourcing (RFx) Consultant (On-site/Remote)

Job Title: ServiceNow Strategic Consultant (Riyadh - Onsite / Remote) Experience: 5+ year s Job Location: Riyadh(On-site) / Remo te Role Summa ry:We are looking for ServiceNow Strategic Consultant who can design, configuration, and operational rollout of ServiceNow's Strategic Sourcing / RFx (bid, tender, and vendor-evaluation) capability, enabling the sourcing team to run RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles, evaluate supplier bids, and drive sourcing decisions directly on the ServiceNow platfo rm.Key Responsibiliti es:Lead requirement gathering for competitive bidding / RFx process (RFI, RFP, RFQ, tender evaluation, and award).Configure ServiceNow Strategic Sourcing, RFx, and vendor-evaluation workflows, scoring templates, and bid-response portals.Design bid governance controls vendor Q&A management, evaluation committees, weighted scoring, and audit trails aligned to hospital procurement policy.Integrate bidding/RFx workflows with upstream Procurement and downstream Contract Management processes for a seamless source-to-contract cycle.Train hospital sourcing/category managers and evaluation committees on using the platform for live tenders.Act as onsite escalation point for bid-cycle issues during live RFx events, ensuring no disruption to time-bound tender deadlines.Ensure the bidding solution supports KSA public/quasi-public sector tendering norms (e.g., multi-stage evaluation, sealed-bid handling, compliance documentation).Mandatory Skills & Experien ce:5+ years hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Strategic Sourcing / RFx or equivalent bid-management capability.Strong understanding of RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, TCO modeling, and supplier evaluation/scoring methodologies.Experience designing vendor-facing bid-response portals and internal evaluation workflows.Ability to translate procurement/sourcing governance policy into platform configuration and controls.Experience running client workshops and training sessions with senior sourcing/category stakeholders.Preferred / Good-to-Have Skil ls:Experience with sourcing accelerator tools on ServiceNow (e.g., Aavenir RFPflow, Source Assist) or comparable e-sourcing platforms.Healthcare, capital-projects, or public-sector tendering domain knowledge.Familiarity with Saudi tendering/regulatory frameworks for large institutional procurement.Certificatio ns:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation preferred.CIPS or equivalent strategic sourcing certification a strong plus.Education & Soft Skil ls:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).Strong facilitation skills to run evaluation-committee sessions with senior hospital stakeholders.Composure under time-bound, high-stakes bid-cycle deadlin es.
