We are seeking for Solution Architect-ServiceNow Position Position Details: Job Type: 1 year renewable contract with our client (payroll Avensys) Location: Bangalore OR Hyderabad Timings : Regular working hours, hybrid mode of work Yrs of Exp: 10+ years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities Minimum 10 years experience as Solution Architect, with focus on technical analysis and design, enterprise architecture. Minimum 5 years experience in consulting external customers, Experience working with on software development projects in field of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM and HRSD Experience working in Agile projects, Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow certifications are highly desired. Must have Implementations experience of 4-5 on ITSM Service Implementations. Experience in ITAM (SAM & HAM implementation) Experience on 3-5 ServiceNow ITOM Implementation including Discovery, Event and Service Mapping Projects. Experience in HRSD, CSM,FSM & SPM will be added advantage Certified in CTA/CMA preferred. minimum 2+ years in AI / LLM / Generative AI. Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities. Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domainspecific prompts, and RAGbased solutions. Proven ability to build AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multistep automation. Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models. Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AIdriven ServiceNow actions (record creation, case triage, data retrieval). Ability to integrate AI features into workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications. Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with good knowledge of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, and system design.
