Engineering Manager Embedded Automation Products

Engineering Manager/ Team Leader would lead and manage a small team of 5- 10 engineers to design cost effective cutting edge electronic industrial products including touch panel HMI, PLCs. He / she would take ownership of design activities starting from concept to production ready prototype involving hardware, firmware/ software and mechanical designs. Prerequisites • Hands- on experience in hardware/ software/ firmware development • Product design experience • Project Management / People management experience • Experience with Microcontroller based designs • Experience with Free scale Cold fire processor, Code warrior tools, Open Source tools, RTOS a plus • Experience with TouchPanel HMIs and PLCs design a plus Minimum Experience • Should have a minimum of 5 years including product design and supervising
