Job Description ??/ Responsibilities Engineering Manager/ Team Leader would lead and manage a small team of 5- 10 engineers to design cost effective cutting edge electronic industrial products including touch panel HMI, PLCs. He / she would take ownership of design activities starting from concept to production ready prototype involving hardware, firmware/ software and mechanical designs. ??Prerequisites Hands- on experience in hardware/ software/ firmware development Product design experience Project Management / People management experience Experience with Microcontroller based designs Experience with Free scale Cold fire processor, Code warrior tools, Open Source tools, RTOS a plus Experience with TouchPanel HMIs and PLCs design a plus ??Minimum ??Experience Should have a minimum of 5 years including product design and supervising
