About the role
You are a highly skilled GenAI Technical Lead with over 6 years of experience, specifically in production-grade Generative AI implementations. You have hands-on experience in building enterprise-level GenAI solutions and are capable of leading end-to-end GenAI POC development from scratch. - Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases - Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines - Lead POC development from scratch, including architecture, development, and deployment - Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies - Develop and manage LLM workflows and agent-based systems - Build scalable backend APIs using FastAPI/Flask - Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms and data systems - Deploy and manage applications on Azure (Web Apps / Function Apps / Virtual Machines) - Work on Databricks for data pipelines and model workflows - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for solution delivery Critical Requirements: - Hands-on experience with production-level GenAI projects - Strong experience in RAG architecture, Prompt Engineering, LLM workflows/orchestration, Python, backend development, FastAPI/Flask, and building end-to-end GenAI solutions from scratch Azure & Databricks Requirements: - Azure Experience: Azure OpenAI, Web Apps / Function Apps / VM deployments - Databricks Exposure: Data pipelines/model workflows Preferred Skills: - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Agentic AI framework - Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search) - Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment - Experience in enterprise AI use cases across domains Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and ownership mindset - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication with stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment Key Expectations: - Deliver production-ready GenAI solutions - Build scalable POCs from scratch with minimal supervision - Ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI systems - Take technical ownership and guide junior team members Ideal Candidate Profile: - Proven experience in deploying GenAI solutions in real business environments - Strong mix of AI expertise, backend engineering, and cloud deployment - Ability to lead and execute high-impact GenAI initiatives independently You are a highly skilled GenAI Technical Lead with over 6 years of experience, specifically in production-grade Generative AI implementations.
