HFM Support

Role: Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) Consultant Location: [Mumbai - Onsite] Experience Required: 35 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) Consultant with 35 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and EPM support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle HFM application support, enhancements, metadata management, and financial close processes. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Oracle HFM applications for financial consolidation and reporting. Manage metadata updates, hierarchy changes, entity/account mappings and security administration. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycle support. Troubleshoot system issues, data load failures, calculation errors and user-reported incidents. Maintain / Manage HFM rules, data forms, reports and process management workflows. Execute data loads using FDMEE / data integration tools. Ensure data accuracy, reconciliations and system controls compliance. Support upgrades, patches, testing and migration activities across environments. Prepare user documentation, SOPs and provide end-user training. Required Skills & Qualifications 35 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HFM / Hyperion Financial Management. Good understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation and close processes. Experience with HFM Rules scripting, metadata management and security setup. Knowledge of FDMEE / ODI / Data Integration tools. Experience in Smart View, FR Reports and ad-hoc reporting. Good understanding of Finance processes (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of VB scripting (HFM Rules) is preferred. CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com / BBA with relevant technical expertise preferred.
