Role Summary: The Program Manager End-User Computing (EUC) is responsible for the end-to-end governance, planning, and delivery of EUC programs and related IT initiatives. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of end-user computing services across the enterprise. The Program Manager partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to align EUC initiatives with organizational strategy, security standards, and user experience objectives. Key Responsibilities: Program Governance & Management Provide end-to-end leadership of EUC programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. Establish, maintain, and enforce program governance frameworks, processes, and best practices. Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and interdependencies across EUC initiatives. Lead EUC transformation initiatives, including device lifecycle management, endpoint security enhancements, virtualization, and digital workplace modernization. Define and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure service performance and outcomes. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project management standards, and governance requirements. Program & Project Planning Develop and maintain comprehensive program and project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing priorities, risks, and constraints. Ensure financial discipline through budget tracking, forecasting, and variance management. Execution, Monitoring & Delivery Oversee day-to-day execution of EUC programs and projects to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines. Monitor progress, risks, and issues; proactively adjust plans to address deviations. Ensure smooth coordination between internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers. Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Provide regular program and project updates (weekly/monthly) to business leaders and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of escalation for EUC program risks and delivery challenges. Produce structured status reports, risk and issue logs, performance dashboards, and executive summaries. Facilitate recurring governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder forums. Key Deliverables Approved program and project plans for all assigned EUC initiatives. Regular status reports with progress updates, KPI/SLA results, and risk assessments. Risk and issue registers with defined mitigation or resolution strategies. Post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, ITIL). Proven experience (8+ years) managing complex, multi-workstream IT or EUC programs. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills. Strong understanding of end-user computing technologies, service delivery, and security principles. Proficiency in risk management, planning, and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master s degree preferred). Experience in a similar role 8 10 years of relevant experience
