International Technical Support Executive Voice Process Location: Uppal, Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Night Rotational Shifts (2-Way Cab Facility) Salary Package Freshers: Up to 19,000 per month (Take Home) 6 -18 Months Experience: Up to 23,000 per month (Take Home) Above 18 Months Experience: Up to 27,000 per month (Take Home) Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through voice calls, chat, and email support. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards. Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply. Candidates should not be pursuing any regular education/course. Strong English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency preferred). Basic computer and technical troubleshooting knowledge. Comfortable working in night rotational shifts. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
