Provide technical troubleshooting and support to international customers. Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document interactions accurately using CRM tools. Follow company quality and compliance standards. Eligibility: Undergraduate or Any Graduate (No pursuing candidates). Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply. Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 proficiency preferred). Basic computer skills and technical troubleshooting knowledge. Willing to work in rotational night shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
