•Defining & assessing solutions required to achieve strategic goals, capture new opportunities & gain competitive advantages •Assessing business case for new strategic & investment opportunities •Support thought leadership development on leading innovations & their applications •Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors •Helping solve key business problems and challenges by enabling an architecture transformation, painting a picture of, and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment •Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business requirements •Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus) •Support Technology head with adhoc reports, administration, compliance, risk presentations and communication •Management of performance metrics and development of future metrics across Technology verticals •Perform financial analysis for strategic initiatives, headcount related reporting and analysis •Coordinating and facilitating all technology forums (Board meeting, IT Strategy Committee, IT Steering Committee)
