• Help in generating various MIS reports, vendor communication related to payments and AMC • Constantly monitor performance of platform and develops improvement programs to bring better quality service • Supports in vendor audits, internal / external audits • Budgeting and forecasting • Translate Business Requirements / Problem statements into System Changes • Good Domain Knowledge of Loan Origination System and Loan Management System on Retail OR Corporate Side. • Deliver Technology Solutions that are critical to the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the business • Should be able to handle Audit Requirements and manual testing • Well versed with API and Different Integrations • Document Requirements for New Features, data capture, process functions and reports. Also document User Stories, Business Requirements and solution approaches. • Should be able to train Users on functional application and develop test scripts • Manages the monitoring of availability, performance and capacity of the application and its usage. • Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors and gain consensus and agreements • Responsible for compliance with banks internal security policies and external regulatory guidelines. • Strong Verbal and Written communicator, able to speak with the business experts and understand the loan management requirements. • Good team player and should be able to work across multiple groups and should be able to work in demanding environment. • Well organized and consistently delivers on commitments • Hands on writing test Cases, test scripts and involved in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing.

Languages / Technology : Aware of Java, Net technology but aware of Reporting Tool RDBMS : Can write basic SQL queries for MS SQL / Oracle DB Understanding and hands on experience of basic SQL Queries • Preferable if should have worked on LOS / LMS of Ebix (Indus) vendor, FinOne application of Nucleus or have worked on Application from Pennant Technology • Should have hands on Experience of Implementation OR Supporting LOS / LMS Applications. • Knowledge of XML, XHTML, XMLHTTP would be plus • Experience with object oriented analysis/design • Worked on Live Software projects in the NBFC Industry
