Healthcare Analytics and Decision Scientist

As an Associate/Senior Associate in Commercial Life Sciences Analytics at Axtria, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions to business problems in commercial life science analytics. Your primary responsibility will be enabling clients with actionable insights and business decisions through your analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the project manager to define algorithms, break down problems into execution steps, and independently run analysis - Ensure high-quality analytics solutions/reports for clients - Contribute to Axtria tools and capabilities based on business requirements - Build organizational capabilities by participating in Hackathons, solution design, and process automation - Effectively communicate with onshore/client as per business needs - Mentor junior associates in the team Qualifications Required: - 1.5 to 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Domain - Knowledge of datasets like Xponent, LAAD/APLD, Plantrak, Formulary, NR/DDD, etc. - Ability to work on advanced analytics, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting projects - Experience in solutions such as Segmentation, Key driver analysis, Brand reporting and dashboarding, Marketing Mix, T&C/A-B testing, Patient Analytics - Strong logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, and ability to ask the right questions - Effective communication skills with onshore/client - Statistical/modeling knowledge with the ability to transform data into insights and good data visualization/reporting skills - Technical knowledge in R/Python/SQL. Knowledge of PowerBI and self-service analytics platforms like Dataiku/KNIME/Alteryx is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
