About the role
- Build and lead a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - Oversee the design and delivery of the models, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives. - Engaging in consultative selling with clients to grow/deliver business. - Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Ability to create and interpret personas, user journey maps, and task analysis to inform design decisions. - Proficiency in designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces that comply with WCAG accessibility standards. - Robust knowledge of information architecture and content strategy to organize and structure user interfaces effectively. - Familiarity with prototyping and animation tools such as Axure, Principle, or Framer for creating interactive experiences. - Ability to design scalable and reusable components using design systems and style guides. - Understanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to bridge the gap between design and development. - Expertise in iterative design processes, including A/B testing, user feedback incorporation, and design refinement. - Knowledge of UX metrics and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel to assess design performance and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies to deliver user-centered designs in iterative sprints. - Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout, to enhance the aesthetics of user interfaces. Good to have skills & competencies - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment of design goals. - Possessing robust analytical skills to address and model intricate business needs is highly advantageous, especially for those with a background in life sciences or pharmaceuticals. Eligibility Criteria - B.E./B.Tech in CSE/IT from Tier 1 institute - Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in building robust and scalable design .
