Senior Engineer - Mivan

Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop Mivan technology for high rise building projects. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Develop detailed designs for shuttering, formwork, and reinforcement for concrete structures. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on Mivan technology implementation. Requirements * B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. * 6- 10 years of experience in execution of High-Rise Building Projects * Hands-on experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) System is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing. * Ability to manage site execution, subcontractors, and project coordination. * Good communication and team management skills.
