About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who has grown from a strong programming foundation into managing teams, projects, and client relationships. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle, a proven background in government/e-Governance or large-scale enterprise projects, and the ability to balance technical depth with delivery ownership.
Own the technical architecture and design of web applications built on .NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC.
Set and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the development team; conduct design and code reviews.
Guide the development and integration of APIs for secure communication between application components and external systems.
Oversee database architecture on SQL Server — data integrity, query optimization, stored procedures, and reporting.
Remain hands-on where needed: prototype solutions, resolve complex technical issues, and drive performance optimization and application reliability.
