B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; with 7 years of IT experience Or Any Graduate with 9 years of e-Governance Experience Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML or enterprise software projects while ensuring quality and timely execution. Manage a team of developers, AI/ML engineers, QA engineers, and technical specialists, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Drive project planning, task allocation, effort estimation, code reviews, and sprint execution using Agile methodologies. Coordinate with architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Ensure compliance with SDLC, coding standards, security, and quality best practices. Support customer interactions, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations. Contribute to technical documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the team. Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
