Role & responsibilities 8+ years of overall IT experience with endpoint management and device administration. Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM). Extensive experience with JAMF Pro administration and support. Expertise in managing macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices. Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and Volume Purchase Program (VPP). Robust understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity management. Experience with application packaging and deployment for macOS and iOS platforms. Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance management, and corporate device lifecycle management. Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. .
