E in CS/EE/IT or MCA; With 4 years of IT experience and having Certification in Networking Or Any Graduate having 7 years of IT experience with Certification in networking Sound knowledge of standard internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, POP, SMTP, IMAP, SNMP etc Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools such as trace route, ping, and other cots product for internet monitoring Strong knowledge of installation, configuration and trouble shooting of various packages on Linux OS and Microsoft OS Monitor and maintain computer systems, Troubleshooting wide area networks, servers and routers, local area networks, and switches. Excellent understanding and problem solving skills. Experience of supervising and handling teams of network engineers Experience in handling user interactions and problem solving abilities Good communication skills Experience in customer onboarding and training
