System Support Engineer

B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 2 years of IT experience having certifications like MCSE/RHCE/RHEL Or Any Graduate having 5 years of IT experience with certifications like MCSE/RHCE/RHEL Knowledge in System Administration for Windows, UNIX/Linux/RHEL etc. Overall system administration, management, system configuration and scalability, system performance, loadbalancing, troubleshooting, debugging and monitoring of servers. Should also be familiar with system hardware, SAN System (Storage Management Software, Performance tuning, Volume configuration), backup system along with the capability of SAN/NAS System Monitoring, Fabric Monitoring, Report generation Should have worked on solutions such as VMWare, AWS, Azure etc. Ability to resolve the real time requests raised by users as per SLA.
