About the role
Perform functional, regression, and system testing for Veeva CRM applications. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools. Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements. Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze test results. Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA through to closure. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions. Perform end-to-end testing of Veeva CRM enhancements, integrations, and production releases. Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and status updates.
