About the role
As a Digital Technology Senior Manager - Technical Product Management at Baker Hughes, you will be leading the end-to-end product outcomes for the Applications Studio portfolio. Your responsibilities will include defining a multi-quarter roadmap, translating customer pain points into product goals, partnering with cross-functional teams, driving planning and execution rigor, and iterating on platform capabilities based on feedback and insights. You will also need to apply strategic thinking, commercial mindset, influence without authority, showcase platform/system thinking, and lead with a customer focus. Strong people leadership and influence skills are essential for this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, along with significant experience in leading product management for applications, data, analytics, or platform products. You should have proven ownership of platform-scale products, understanding of industrial applications, composable architectures, user experience, and application enabling platforms, and experience operating in complex, global, matrixed organizations. Exposure to cloud-native and hybrid data architectures, as well as experience with ecosystems, marketplaces, or low-code platforms, will be beneficial.
