About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of projects through client engagement, partnering with technical teams, and coordination of activities. Taking ownership for project prioritization, definition, and compliance to ensure adherence with project management methodologies. You will also be communicating and presenting recommendations for project plans and technical roadmaps to senior business leaders, customers, and stakeholders. Applying your technical knowledge and skilled experience to ensure the execution of projects and programs are of the highest quality bringing value to the business. Collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to track the design process and deliver projects on-time. Additionally, you will be enabling the overall vendor management strategy including the bidding process. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of projects through client engagement, technical team partnership, and coordination of activities - Take ownership for project prioritization, definition, and compliance with project management methodologies - Communicate and present recommendations for project plans and technical roadmaps to senior business leaders, customers, and stakeholders - Apply technical knowledge and skilled experience to ensure high-quality execution of projects and programs - Collaborate and communicate across cross-functional teams to track design process and deliver projects on-time - Enable the overall vendor management strategy, including the bidding process Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience - 8-10 years of experience in technical program management - Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Enterprise IT solutions in an engineering or manufacturing environment such as PLM, ERP, MES, or CRM. (ERP experience is a plus) - Strong stakeholder relationship management skills inspiring trust and confidence in a matrix organization structure - Strong oral and written communication skills, with significant experience in presenting effectively to different audiences and all layers within the organization - Experience managing global cross-functional project teams of 20-75 resources in size - Demonstrated ability to lead, document, plan, structure, budget (including forecasting and spend tracking), market, and execute technology projects.
