We have Opportunity with one of our client for L1/L2 Engineer CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS) Operations Location: Delhi Experience: L1- 3-6 Years L2-12-15 Years Job Description: We are hiring an L1/L2 Engineer CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS) Operations to support enterprise-scale CCTV and Access Control infrastructure in a 247 mission-critical environment. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, incident management, and ensuring high availability of security systems. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS). Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues. Perform preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patch deployment. Support failover testing, backup validation, and disaster recovery activities. Configure and maintain CCTV cameras, ACS devices, and integrated systems. Handle incidents within SLA and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for issue resolution. Maintain operational reports, SOPs, change records, and incident documentation. Support ITSM processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Work in a 247 rotational shift environment. Required Skills: CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Milestone VMS AC2000 CCTV Analytics Windows Server Administration Networking Fundamentals Backup & Restore Failover & Disaster Recovery ITSM / ITIL Processes Incident Management Troubleshooting Preferred Skills: Experience in airports, critical infrastructure, or enterprise security operations. Knowledge of CCTV analytics, video intelligence, and system integrations. Experience coordinating with OEMs and vendors. ITIL, Networking, CCTV, or ACS certifications are preferred.
