Role & responsibilities Strong technical & functional expertise in Workday US Payroll. Hands-on experience in configuration, data conversion, reporting, and integrations. Minimum 7 years overall experience, with at least 4 years in Workday. Workday Certification in Payroll is mandatory. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Develop complex configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads. Provide go-live assistance and ongoing production support. Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Clients for project delivery. Mentor and coach team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
