Manager - Technology Risk

Role: Manager - Technology Risk Location: Gurugram Mode: 5 Days WFO Experience: 4+ years Job Purpose: Responsible for managing technology risk and controls across IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting security and risk initiatives. The role includes conducting risk assessments, implementing IT controls, monitoring cybersecurity, and performing third-party/vendor risk reviews. Key Responsibilities: Conduct IT risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud, VAPT, identity management, and other technology domains. Develop and implement IT controls and technology risk management policies. Monitor security incidents, manage breach response, and provide recommendations. Support ISO 22301 (BCMS) and ISO 27001 (ISMS) initiatives, including BIA assessments and control implementation. Conduct third-party/vendor risk assessments and ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory guidelines. Ensure GDPR, PCI DSS, and other relevant standards are followed. Perform thematic reviews, assess control maturity, and report findings to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field. Professional certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISSP are a plus. Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, VAPT, and risk assessment methodologies.
