As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at our company in Gurgaon, your role involves designing and implementing robust automation test frameworks. You will write scripts to address real-time testing challenges and execute functional verification scenarios. Collaboration with development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC is a key aspect of your responsibility. Analyzing test results, identifying improvements, and optimizing test processes are integral to your role. You will analyze code differentials to assess test impact and coverage, author comprehensive test reports, and ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust automation test frameworks. - Write scripts to solve real-time testing challenges. - Create and execute functional verification scenarios. - Analyze test results, identify improvements, and optimize test processes. - Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. - Analyze code differentials to evaluate test impact and coverage. - Author comprehensive and clear test reports. - Ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech), MCA, or equivalent. - 36 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar QA Automation role. - Strong understanding of .NET Framework, C/C++, C#, and OOPs concepts. - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Test Automation. - Proficiency with Jenkins and Bitbucket. - Experience with PTC Integrity, Jama, or other test management tools. In addition to the above, the preferred qualifications for this role include exposure to automation tools such as WinAppDriver and FlaUI, experience using JIRA for task and bug tracking, and prior experience working in the Medical Device Industry is a plus.
