QA Lead VDI Platform Automation & Performance Testing Location: Mumbai (Onsite) Employment Type: Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives for a large-scale Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform operating across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires solid expertise in test automation, VDI login automation, performance/load testing, scripting, and CI/CD integration to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable platform delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing automation frameworks, validating authentication workflows, conducting enterprise-scale VDI load testing, and leading end-to-end QA activities across applications, APIs, operating systems, and infrastructure layers. Key Responsibilities QA Strategy & Test Planning - Define and own the overall QA strategy for the VDI platform. - Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test suites covering functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. - Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product teams to establish acceptance criteria and quality gates. - Drive release readiness reviews and quality sign-off activities. Test Automation Framework Development - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, OS-level, and infrastructure testing. - Build automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar technologies. - Develop API automation using Postman/Newman, Rest Assured, Karate, or pytest. - Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber, Behave, or pytest-bdd. - Create reusable data-driven and keyword-driven automation frameworks. - Integrate automated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines. VDI Login Automation - Design and automate end-to-end VDI login workflows. - Automate SSO, MFA, certificate-based authentication, and LDAP/OUD validation scenarios. - Develop automated login test harnesses for auth .
