About the role
As the Strategic Program Manager within Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, ensuring that the recruiting function scales efficiently and provides a world-class experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your core responsibilities will include: - Owning the full program lifecycle for a defined TA Ops function, from scoping to delivery, with clear accountability for outcomes. - Mapping and continuously improving end-to-end processes, defining KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring mechanisms for actionable insights. - Translating ambiguous business needs into structured program plans, managing milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. - Driving consistency and scalability across global TA workflows while ensuring regional flexibility and compliance. - Leading the deployment and scaling of AI-powered workflows across global TA programs, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and analytics. - Championing responsible AI adoption by building roadmaps, driving enablement, and ensuring ethical and compliant tools tied to measurable outcomes. - Building trusted partnerships across various departments like Recruiting, HR, People Tech, Legal, and People Ops, influencing and aligning without direct authority. - Overseeing vendor relationships, monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and partnering with TA and the business to drive improvements. Key Skills & Qualifications required for this role: - 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Program Management, or equivalent. - Demonstrated ownership of complex, global, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact. - Hands-on experience deploying and scaling AI tools in a recruiting or HR ops context. - Deep expertise in ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) and the broader recruiting tech stack, including sourcing tools like LinkedIn and assessment platforms such as HackerRank and Criteria. - Strong data fluency with the ability to define metrics, build reporting frameworks, and communicate impact to senior audiences. - Exceptional communication and change management skills with a proven ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization. - PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification; Lean/Six Sigma or Design Thinking experience is a plus.
