About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs within Talent Acquisition. Your main focus will be on designing, executing, and continuously improving these programs to ensure that our recruiting function scales efficiently and provides a world-class experience for candidates and hiring teams. Core Responsibilities: - Own the full program lifecycle for a defined Talent Acquisition Operations function, including scoping, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and retrospective, with clear accountability for outcomes. - Map and continuously improve end-to-end processes within your function, defining KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring mechanisms that surface actionable insights. - Translate ambiguous business needs into structured program plans, managing milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies across different time zones. - Drive consistency and scalability across global Talent Acquisition workflows while also maintaining regional flexibility and compliance. - Lead the deployment and scaling of AI-powered workflows across global Talent Acquisition programs, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and analytics. - Champion responsible AI adoption by building the roadmap, driving enablement, and ensuring that tools are ethical, compliant, and tied to measurable outcomes. - Build trusted partnerships across Recruiting, HR, People Tech, Legal, and People Ops, influencing and aligning without direct authority. - Oversee vendor relationships by monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and proactively partnering with Talent Acquisition and the business to drive improvements. Key Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Program Management, or equivalent roles. - Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex, global, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact. - Hands-on experience in deploying and scaling AI tools in a recruiting or HR ops context. - Deep expertise in ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) and the broader recruiting tech stack, including sourcing tools like LinkedIn and assessment platforms such as HackerRank and Criteria. - Strong data fluency, with the ability to define metrics, build reporting frameworks, and communicate impact to senior audiences. - Exceptional communication and change management skills, demonstrating a proven ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization. - PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification; Lean/Six Sigma or Design Thinking experience would be a plus.
