Roles and Responsibilities : Assist in daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards. Conduct line balancing to optimize workflow and reduce waste in the weld shop. Fanuc Robots Teaching and Operating. Spot Welding and Projection Welding Experience. Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training as needed. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to Fanuc robots and spot welding equipment. Job Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in an automobile industry setting. Strong understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation methods. Proficiency in shift planning, manpower handling, and line balancing techniques.
