UX & UI Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered interfaces and experiences. Roles and Responsibility Design and develop high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for our products. Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and marketing to ensure design consistency and feasibility. Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. Job Requirements Strong portfolio of UX/UI design work demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices. Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
