As a Junior Test Engineer at our fast-growing organization, your role will involve preparing precise test setups, executing standard testing protocols, managing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Execute standard tests and prepare technical test setups efficiently. - Manage documentation and reporting by accurately maintaining data records and test results. - Coordinate with the Production team to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows. - Handle complex test equipment and electronic instruments safely. - Focus on continuous learning and skill development to adapt to new project requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electronics and telecommunications engineering or related field. - 13 years of experience in testing, validation, electronics manufacturing, or R&D. Required Skills: - Ability to learn and operate electronic test instruments effectively. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes. - Strong work ethic and commitment to quality. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours to meet deadlines.
