GoLang Development - Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead specializing in Golang development, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable server-side applications. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, data-driven solutions that enhance user experience and power our products. Your expertise and experience should align with the following key requirements: - Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development. - Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Golang development, including expertise in Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels) and memory management. - Showcase proficiency in Go frameworks like Gin, Echo, or Fiber. - Exhibit a strong background in designing distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems. - Hands-on experience with technologies such as REST APIs, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with various databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL DBs. - Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2. - Proficient in writing RESTful APIs and understanding the protocol. - Strong experience in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and working with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry. - Experience in Agile development methodologies, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, and problem-solving. - Ability to build reusable code for future use and effectively debug application issues. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and business requirements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Exposure to JAVA, Spring Boot web application development, ReactJS, NextJS development, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP. - Possess strong oral and written communication skills, be a proactive team player, and demonstrate adaptability.
