Job Description: .Net Full Stack-Azure - Senior Technical Lead (Exp: 8- 12 years) We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .Net Full stack - Azure to join our team as a Senior Technical Lead. Requirements Experience should have 8+ Years to 12 years in .Net Full Stack with Microsoft Azure Cloud. Master of Technology (MTech) - Preferred or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Computer Science Information Technology or related circuit branches. 8-10 years of experience (excluding of education) in technology industry. Autonomously developing software in manufacturing industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns Experience with setting up and maintaining software solutions (development, deployment, hypercare, maintenance) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Taking ownership of the application in full autonomy (also on guard duty) Mentoring team members and guarding technical architecture and code quality Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent team player with strong English communication skills Ability to work autonomously, fully accountable and collaborate within and across teams Stress resilient and able to perform under pressure Knowledge of and experience with design patterns (e.g. event driven design, DDD, TDD, microservices) Microsoft Azure stack (.Net in Azure cloud - setting up, configuring and using Docker, Kubernetes, …) .NET Core SQL server / Entity Framework / LINQ. Messaging systems (ASB, RabbitMQ) Json, XML and REST web services Infrastructure As Code Visual Studio, GIT Angular 5.0+, HTML5 Agile methodologies (SCRUM) Roles & Responsibilities You are working with the Lead Analyst / Technical Product Manager who are functionally responsible. Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining an in-house application. The role ensures the implementation and maintenance of the existing technical architecture strategy, drives high-quality software delivery, and resolves complex technical challenges autonomously. Taking ownership of the application by defining/updating the technical architecture in full autonomy (possibly on call support). The Senior Technical Lead will also be involved in the necessary cross-team discussions to define the architecture and coding best practices and guidelines. By mentoring other developers and promoting best practices, the Senior Technical Lead fosters a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligning the application's development with business objectives and long-term goals.
