VisionPLUS-TRAMS/FAS Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead

Job Description: VisionPLUS-TRAMS/FAS – Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead Role We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with VisionPLUS - TRAMS (AND/OR) FAS development as a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead role, expectation should work independently and ready to lead 2 or 3 team members: Experience should have 5+ years to 12 years. Strong knowledge in Cards domain Should have VisionPLUS FAS (and/or) TRAMS hands on Experience Develop and customize applications in VisionPLUS FAS (and/or) TRAMS Modules Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (COBOL, CICS, VSAM & JCL) Should be good in Authorization and Interchange Functionalities. Understanding on the SDLC. Understanding on the Agile methodologies. Communication with customer and producing the daily status report. Should have good oral and written communication. Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team. Should be proactive and adaptive. Should be flexible to work in shifts. Strong communication skills, Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
