Job Title: Associate Software Engineer (Java) Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Education: B.tech or MCA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Associate Software Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development . The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Participate independently in application development, build, and unit testing. Analyze technical requirements and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with onshore teams and client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements. Develop and optimize SQL queries for application development. Ensure high-quality code through adherence to coding standards and best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development. Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, API and SQL . Experience in application design, development, build, and unit testing. Good understanding of relational databases and SQL queries. Exposure to client communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
