About the role
Hey everyone! We are looking for a highly skilled Dot Net Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities- Work across the full stack to deliver features and improve reliability. Refactor and harden prototype-level code to production-grade quality. Collaborate closely with product management and non-technical stakeholders to help shape and clarify requirements. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices. Help evolve our architecture and dev processes as we grow. (Bonus) Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development Strong expertise with: C#/.NET Core for APIs and services Experience with Cloud SQL Server and relational data modeling Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps, etc.) Experience improving or reworking prototype-quality codebases Comfortable navigating ambiguity and refining requirements with product owners (Preferred) Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in a dev workflow Preferred Qualifications: Experience in microservices architecture.
