As a PLMSAP Migration Expert with 5-10 years of experience, your role encompasses leading and executing migration initiatives between PLM systems and SAP environments. Your expertise in SAP data models, migration tools, and integration with PLM platforms will be crucial for the successful completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end data migration from PLM systems to SAP (ECC/S4HANA) - Analyze and map PLM data structures to SAP objects such as Material Master, BOM, and Change Management - Design and execute migration strategy, data cleansing, and validation processes - Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams - Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance during migration - Support testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization - Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of relevant professional experience - Proven experience in PLM to SAP migration projects - Experience working in global/enterprise environments This role will require you to have a deep understanding of both PLM and SAP systems, as well as strong project management skills to ensure successful migration projects.
