Job Title - Desktop Support Engineer Location - Shankarpalli, Telangana Educational Background - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field (preferred)/ Any Graduate. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to desktops and laptops. Perform hardware and software upgrades as necessary. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. Document support activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference. Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Skills Required Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role. Robust knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Mac OS and Linux operating systems .
