Technical Specialist - ThingWorx Platform Support

Technical Specialist-App Engg Services Area(s) of responsibility The JD for ThingWorx support role Must have atleast 6+ years experience on ThingWorx platform. Must have experience in atleast 1-2 medium/large implementations on ThingWorx Have in-depth understanding and hands-on experience for Windchill/Thingworx platform Experience in providing support to solution in Thingworx by replicating reported issues and providing solution Root Cause Analysis of key issues caused by custom applications deployed to Thingworx, mashups etc. Apply Major/Minor Release for Thingworx Troubleshoot errors Support baseline configuration and understand the core issues. Apply point releases or Build deployments as needed Checking Logs, If issues are reported on any ThingWorx environments Support Infrastructure related issues for all Thingworx environments. .
