Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

• Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand and document CRM requirements.

• Analyze manufacturing-specific processes such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service.

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports (as needed).

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects).

• Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.

• Drive data quality, CRM adoption, and process standardization.

• Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test scenarios, and training materials.

• Perform requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation.

• Conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Coordinate project activities including planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables.

• Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate risks/issues when required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

• Support release planning, change management, and post-go-live support activities.

• Ensure requirement changes are assessed, documented, and approved by stakeholders.
