Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to learning and training processes. Configure and maintain: Learning Items Curricula Programs Assignments Learning Paths Classes and Schedules User Groups Domains and Security Roles Libraries and Categories Configure automatic assignment profiles and learning recommendations. Manage instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and online learning programs. Support certification and compliance training requirements. Work closely with HR, Training, Compliance, and Business teams to define learning strategies. Technical Responsibilities Configure LMS workflows and notifications. Support integrations between LMS and: Employee Central Platform Virtual Learning Systems Third-party content providers Coordinate LMS data migration activities and validation. Support SSO and authentication configurations. Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain LMS reports. Create custom reports using: Plateau Reports Story reports People Analytics Canvas Reports Analyze learning completion metrics and compliance reports. Experience Level Senior Level .
