Area(s) of responsibility JOB Description Job Title: Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Planning Functional Consultant / Lead Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Manufacturing & Planning Functional Consultant with 13+ years of expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing, and Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Planning modules, with proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations, business process transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and production support. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient manufacturing and planning solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Planning implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis with business users.Configure and support Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Planning modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain planning processes.Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.Support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data migration, and extensions.Provide functional expertise for issue resolution, change requests, and post-go-live support.Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project governance and delivery excellence. Required Functional Expertise Strong hands-on experience in the following Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules: Manufacturing (Discrete & Process Manufacturing)Work Definition ManagementWork ExecutionProduction SchedulingSupply PlanningDemand ManagementSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Replenishment PlanningInventory ManagementProduct Information Management (PIM)Cost ManagementProcurement and Supply Chain Integration Required Skills & Qualifications 13+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain functional consulting with multiple Oracle implementation projects.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Planning.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, material planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.Experience configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules and supporting complex business requirements.Knowledge of supply-demand balancing, forecasting, capacity planning, and production scheduling concepts.Experience with integrations involving ERP, MES, WMS, Procurement, and external planning systems.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience. .
